We have used MN Residential Mortgage for the original purchase of our home, and to refinance. We worked with Rich and (mostly) Josh when purchasing, and exclusively with Josh when we refinanced. Josh and Rich were exceptionally patient with us during our purchasing process. We must have looked at 60 homes before we found the right one. They were always quick answer our questions. The refinancing went smoothly and Josh handled everything. We will definitely go back to MN Residential Mortgage for any future purchasing or refinancing. They are simply top notch.

Josh Jacobs at Minnesota Residential Mortgage did an amazing job for me finding the best deal on a unique owner-occupied duplex financing. This is the third time I’ve worked with Josh, doing both original mortgages and refi’s. Josh is incredibly knowledgeable and detailed and worked closely with me from start to finish. Any questions I had were answered immediately. In addition the folks that work with him to get the loans finalized were great.
